AC is managed by the receptionist which you need to call. You can't set it by yourself.

Absolutely wonderful stay!I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay. I will definitely come back!

I honestly can't think of a single thing I didn't like – the entire experience was exceptional.

I did early check out and I was told that the hotel promissed to send my refund within 20 days. But it's already 2 months passed and i didn't receive the money. The hotel's manager ignores my messages. I'm disappointed with this disrespectful attitude, with ignoring hotel's obligations by their managers and with this kind of service. I do not recomend this hotel unless you want to be cheated and waste your time in correspondance with support and lawyers.

Location is perfect! Easy to get from Istanbul new airport by Havaist. 3 minutes from Havaist station by walking. Many groceries nearby. Hiltons good quality!

I like the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I couldn't have breakfast because I had to leave around 07:00 in the morning when the breakfast just starts.

Breakfast could be earlier, at 06:00 for example. Staff were doing good but they can smile and be friendly while interacting with the customers.

Great service! Kudos to everyone working in Hilton Atakoy making the guests experience amazing! Our stay was 5 nights and every day our room was perfectly cleaned!Location is perfect: Close to center, top attractions, close to metro, shops, bakery, markets, restaurant in front, park with playground near by, metro 10mins walk.Facilities is good, maintained, wifi is ok, a little slow sometimes.Breakfast is nice, variety of options, fresh and tasty.Value for the money is great. Would come bacl again!

One side of the bed was not comfy, too much used, need refresh.Wifi is slow sometimes.Fruits missing on the breakfast and no espresso (the espresso machine is constantly broken, like doesnt exists).These are small remarks, but still ideas for improvements :)

convenient location in a quiet area, nice rooms, good service

air conditioning broke down every day while it was +35 outside during the day and +25 at night. According to the staff, the problem was in the whole hotel, i.e. changing the room would not help. When the AC broke down at night, the repair was obviously postponed until morning and we had to sleep in a hot and stuffy room. They did not agree to unblock the windows to open them wide open at once and then offered to sign some paper in Turkish. at 3am this is exactly what you expect from the service in a hotel, ha-ha.

nice location near market, bakery and a resturant

The hotel is good location if you are with kids and you want to take some walt. There is a part and a lot of local shops restaurants. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was good.

Staff and house keeper were excellent.Breakfast varaieties are ok.Location is perfect with a bonus airport bus stop just next to the hotel.

Sofa bed was not clean with stains on it.Bathroom requires renovation.No facilities at all except for a small gym.Price was high considering the above and compared to a high stars hotels in the area.

We stay there many times as everything is worth for the money. The area is green and quite and a lot of trees around.The bed is very comfortable. The size of the room is OK. It is very clean. The breakfast is tasty, big variety of food, veggies and fruits, yogurts.Always smells wonderful at the hotel reception! :)We will stay there again with our next visit.

I don't think there is anything I don't like there!Sometimes the taxies don't come quickly, but its not hotels fault. :)

Good service, spacious rooms, clean, metro station within walking distance (6-7 mins or less) which can take you to tourist attractions like blue mosque, nice quiet area, many mini markets around the corner from hotel, easy access to taxi.

Poor wifi connection at times
